Return Policy - Not Satisfied with Your Product:
- If you are not satisfied with your purchased product, you may request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery. The product must be in unused and resalable condition, with all original packaging and accessories included.
- Please contact our customer support team to initiate the return process. You may be responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees.
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process a refund or exchange based on our discretion and the specific circumstances of the return.
The return and change policy for dirt bikes at RideExtremedirt.com is as follows:
- Timeframe: You have up to 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return for the product.
- Restocking Fee: If you choose to return the dirt bike, a 25% restocking fee will be applied.
- Purchase Source: Only items purchased directly from the Ridethedirtusa.com online store will be accepted for returns.
- Packaging and Accessories: The dirt bike must be returned in its original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation.
- Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping fees.
- Please contact our Customer Support team to start the return process. All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- You may obtain an RMA number by contacting Customer Service through email or contact us with the contact us page.
- Any returns without an RMA# will not be accepted and refused
RETURN FEES:
If you refuse delivery, miss your delivery appointment, or return a non-defective, undamaged, or incorrectly assembled product, you will be responsible for all original and return shipping costs. When items are returned as damaged or defective, they undergo inspection and testing upon arrival. In addition, these items may be subject to a restocking fee ranging from 25%. The specific return shipping fees vary depending on the size and weight of the item. It is important to pay the return shipping fees directly to the freight carrier in advance. Failure to do so may result in your return being refused or shipping fees being deducted from your refund once the item is received at our warehouse.

If there is any damage to your shipment, it is crucial to note it on the delivery receipt when signing for your package(s). Please follow the guidelines below:

- Claims Process: Upon receiving your report, we will initiate the claims process on your behalf. Our team will assess the damages and work towards a resolution.
- Depending on the circumstances, we will either send out new replacement parts or arrange for an exchange of the entire shipment.
