Cancellation Policy:
1.Cancellation Before Order Processing:
-If you decide to cancel your order before it has been processed, there will be
no cancellation fee.
-We typically begin processing orders on the same business day, so please notify us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.
2. Cancellation After Order Processing (Within 2 Hours):
-If you choose to cancel your order after it has been processed and it has been
less than 2 hours since you placed the order, a 3% order cancellation fee will be

3. Restocking Charges:
-Certain items and special order items may be subject to a restocking charge if
canceled before shipping.

If an order has already been shipped and you decide to cancel it, we will process a refund for you.
-However, the refund will be issued after deducting the actual outgoing and return shipping charges incurred.

Shipping & Delivery Policy
1. Processing Time: Once your order is placed, we will process and prepare it for shipment within 2 business days. This included order verification, quality checks, and packaging.
**Due to extremely high volume during the holiday season, it may take 48-72 business hours to process orders.
2. Shipping Methods: We offer various shipping methods to cater to different
needs. You can choose the shipping option that best suits your needs. You can

3. Estimated Delivery Time: The estimated delivery time depends on the

5. Delivery Confirmation: Upon delivery, we require a signature to ensure
that your order reaches you securely. If you are unavailable at the time of
delivery, the carrier will leave a notice with further instructions for re-
delivery or pick up.

Return Policy - Not Satisfied with Your Product:

c. If you are not satisfied with your purchased product, you may request a return
within 30 days from the date of delivery. The product must be in unused and
resalable condition, with all original packaging and accessories included.

may be responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees.

product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Any returns without an RMA# will not be accepted and refused

If you refuse delivery, miss your delivery appointment, or return a non-defective,
undamaged, or incorrectly assembled product, you will be responsible for all
original and return shipping costs. When items are returned as damaged or
defective, they undergo inspection and testing upon arrival. In addition, these
items may be subject to a restocking fee ranging from 25%. The specific return
shipping fees vary depending on the size and weight of the item. It is important to

pay the return shipping fees directly to the freight carrier in advance. Failure to do
so may result in your return being refused or shipping fees being deducted from
your refund once the item is received at our warehouse.

Shipment Inspection / Shipping Damage Policy
It is essential that you inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival and
carefully note any damages to the shipment, including damage to the shipping
container. If there is any damage to your shipment, it is crucial to note it on the
delivery receipt when signing for your package(s). Please follow the guidelines
1) Inspection upon Delivery: Upon receiving your shipment, please inspect the
contents for any visible damage or discrepancies. Take note of any damages to
the packaging or the products themselves.
2) Noting Damages: If you identify any damages, it is important to clearly and
explicitly note them on the delivery receipt provided by the carrier. Be specific
and detailed in your description of the damages.
3) Reporting Damages: To ensure prompt resolution, please report any damages
to us within 5 days of receiving your shipment. Contact our customer service
team and provide them with the necessary details, including the order number,
description of the damages, and supporting photographs, if available.
4) Claims Process: Upon receiving your report, we will initiate the claims process
on your behalf. Our team will assess the damages and work towards a
resolution. Depending on the circumstances, we will either send out new
replacement parts or arrange for an exchange of the entire shipment.
Please note that failure to report damages within the specified timeframe may
limit our ability to file a claim with the shipping carrier and provide you with a
suitable resolution.

Warranty Policy:

and more. Our warranty policy ensures your satisfaction and protection against
manufacturing defects. Please carefully review the following warranty details:
1. Warranty Coverage: 
 Our warranty is provided by the manufacturer of the featured products and is
extended to you through our company.
 The duration of the warranty for the engine is 1 month from the date you
receive your product. 
 The duration of the warranty for parts is 1 month from the date you receive
your product.
2. Warranty Service:
 We will service your product under warranty at no additional cost. 
 However, please note the following terms and conditions:
 Buyers are responsible for shipping or towing their product to our facility for
any warranty service(s).
 Any charges associated with shipping, towing, or outside repair labor are not
covered under warranty.
3. Limitations and Exclusions:
a. The following items are not covered under warranty:
 Wheels (tires and rims)
 Clutches
 Lubricants
 Gaskets
 Extreme riding, racing, or competition
 Loss of time without the motorcycle
 Vandalism, fire, or theft
 Crash or accident
 Unauthorized outside repair
 Outside labor charges
 Towing or shipping charges to and from our facility
4.Standard Wear and Tear: 
a. Certain parts are subject to standard wear and tear and are not covered
under warranty. 
b. These parts include, but are not limited to:
 Batteries

 Body Parts (fenders, covers, housings, etc.)
 Brakes

Inherent Risks:
Warning! Riding activities involving dirt bikes, scooters, ATVs, go-karts, pocket
bikes, and hoverboards carry inherent risks of serious bodily injury or death.
a.These risks may result from your actions or inactions, the actions or inactions
of others, participating or not participating in the activity, the condition in which
the activity takes place, or the negligence of others.
b. By participating in any riding activities, you fully accept and assume all risks,
losses, costs, and damages associated with such activities. You are responsible
for ensuring your own safety and adhering to all applicable laws, regulations, and
safety guidelines.
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior
notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any
